1. Who runs the site

This site is run by JLP PHOTO (“we”). Contact: hello@jlp.net.

2. What we collect

When you book through this site, we may collect the following:

• Name
• Contact (WeChat, LINE ID, or phone)
• Email address
• Preferred date, type of session, and package
• Your country or region
• Anything else you choose to write in the form, such as a note

We do not go looking for personal information beyond what the booking needs.

3. Cookies

This site does not use cookies to track you. If analytics such as Google Analytics is added later, this page will say so and offer a choice. The session cookie only protects the form from repeat submits. It is not used for tracking or ads.

4. Why information is used

What we collect is used only for the following:

• To handle your booking
• To agree the time, place, and approach
• To deliver the photos
• To run the booking properly

We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.

5. Sharing with others

We do not sell or trade your personal information. It is shared only in the cases below:

• With your clear consent, for example if you ask us to contact a kimono shop for you
• When the law requires it, such as a court order or a lawful request

6. Keeping information safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. Booking details travel over HTTPS, and the server limits access. No internet transfer is perfectly safe.

7. How long information is kept

Booking records are kept no longer than 24 months after the session. Form data is kept no longer than 12 months from the last message. After that, personal information is deleted or anonymized. How sample photos are kept is in section 9.

8. Your rights

Under the privacy law that applies, you have the following rights:

• Access:Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold
• Correction:Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Deletion:Ask us to delete your personal information where that is reasonable
• Restriction:Ask us to limit how your information is used
• Portability:Ask for your information in a structured format

9. Portraits and how photos are used

Without your clear consent, photos that identify you are not used on the site, on social media, or in advertising. If a photo is to be shown as work, we ask for written permission first. You can withdraw that permission later.

10. Updates to this policy

This policy can change. A major change will be posted clearly on the site. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
