Ordinary rain (light or passing)The session goes ahead. The route can change with the weather.

Cancelled by the photographer

If the photographer cannot shoot, you get a full refund or the next open date.
If equipment failure stops the session, you can take a partial refund or a free reshoot.

Refunds

Refunds go back the original way within 7–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
How fast it arrives depends on the payment service and the bank.
